  • After dispatch, delivery typically occurs within 5-7 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) displayed on your tracking page is an estimate based on various factors, including our courier’s operations.

Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Our courier partner, EcomExpress, may require a signature upon delivery for certain orders.
What to Do If Your Order Shows Delivered but You Haven’t Received It
  • In rare cases, packages may be delivered to family members, neighbors, or your office mailroom. If you receive a delivery notification but do not have your product, please contact us within 48 hours of the notification.
  • We will promptly investigate the matter with EcomExpress, which may take up to 10 working days. If the investigation confirms that the package is genuinely lost, we will issue a full refund.

Limitations of Liability

  • Please understand that we cannot accept liability for lost packages if you do not report the issue within the 48-hour window after receiving a delivery notification.

Public Holidays

  • Please be advised that deliveries may be delayed on public holidays, depending on your location. In such instances, your order will be delivered on the next business day.

Jurisdiction

  • All shipping-related disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gujarat, India.
