At The Apisode, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We maintain the highest standards of quality; however, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my products?

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 05 calendar days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected]. To facilitate a smooth process, kindly follow these guidelines:

  1. Provide Evidence: Include clear images or videos of the product showing the defect.
  2. UID Label: Share a photo of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
  3. Packaging: Include images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.

In cases where you receive an incorrect or different item than what was ordered, contact us at [email protected] with images of the product and packaging. Allow us 2-3 days to assess the situation with our quality control team. If validated, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and issue a replacement.

Condition for Returns: The product must be in its original condition with tags and labels intact.

Replacement and Refund Options

  • We will replace the defective product with another of the same value or offer store credit in the form of a coupon, excluding shipping charges, which can be used for your next purchase.
  • Product Quality Issues

    : Replacements are only applicable for damaged or defective products.
  • Size Issues

    : We adhere to the Indian Size Chart. Customers should refer to the size chart prior to ordering. Returns or replacements for size issues are only accepted if the incorrect product was delivered.
  • Sale Items

    : Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the shipment of the new product within 7 working days.

International Orders: Please note that there are no refunds or replacements for international orders.

Note: Only one exchange request is allowed per order.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at [email protected] with your Order ID within 6 hours of placing the order. We will confirm any changes or cancellations via email.

This grace period ensures that we can accommodate your request efficiently. After 6 hours, the order enters processing, and cancellations or refunds will no longer be possible.

Once your cancellation is approved, we will process the refund via bank transfer within 5-7 working days.

Customer Conduct

We prioritize excellent service and respectful interactions. We do not tolerate abusive language or behavior. In cases of customer errors, such as ordering the wrong size or color, we maintain professionalism. Abusive behavior may lead to termination of communication. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Note: If the customer refuses the product at delivery, a deduction of ₹150 will be made from the refund to cover shipping and return costs.

Working Hours

Our customer service is available from 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Wrong/Damaged Product

All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a defective product (e.g., incorrect or damaged print), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide proof of the issue (such as an unboxing video) to proceed with a replacement.

Color Variations: Please note that the color of products may vary slightly due to screen resolution differences.

The Apisode operates on a made-to-order basis. Each product is custom manufactured based on your specifications, and once an order is processed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
